How long have you played your sport? Where did you play your high school and club sport?
I have been playing volleyball for 10 years now. I played my high school career at John
Paul II Collegiate and my club career with Stealth Volleyball Club. I also played at Lakeland
College last season.

What are your personal goals as a player at Augustana?
Personally, I want to have fun playing the sport I love and win along the way.

What academic program are you enrolled in and why?
I am enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program because I am interested in physics and
hope to become a secondary math/science teacher someday.

Why did you choose Augustana Campus and the University of Alberta?
I chose the Augustana Campus because I really like the City of Camrose and because
love the atmosphere in the Augustana gym. I chose the University of Alberta because it is
somewhere that I can complete my full degree without having to transfer somewhere else.

Who is someone that inspired you to play?
Someone who encouraged me to continue playing is my high school volleyball coach,
Mr. Sieben. He said how he always regretted not playing post-secondary volleyball, and I did
not want to make that mistake.

What other hobbies do you have?
I thoroughly enjoy hiking and knitting!

What drives you to succeed?
I drive myself to succeed by encouraging those around me and putting in my best effort
to win.
