CAMROSE, AB- After a dominant weekend sweep over the King’s University Eagles, the Vikings Men’s Volleyball team has surged into third place in the ACAC North Division—with plenty of volleyball still left to be played. Leading the charge was setter Caelum Hartman, who delivered a standout performance and continues to be one of the most reliable forces in the Vikings lineup.

Hartman was exceptional across the board, finishing the weekend with 29 assists, 3 kills, and 5 digs, earning him well-deserved recognition as this week’s Vikings Athlete of the Week. His impact goes beyond the stat line—Hartman currently ranks 9th in the ACAC in assists per set and has been a steady pillar in driving the Vikings’ offensive rhythm all season long. His consistency, leadership, and on-court confidence have played a major role in propelling the Vikings into the top three.

The Vikings now set their sights on another big test as they return home for back-to-back matches against the Lethbridge Kodiaks and the SAIT Trojans. With momentum on their side and Hartman leading the charge, Augustana will look to keep climbing the standings.
